As you step inside, you are greeted by the friendly staff and a heartwarming sight of two colossal teddy bears embracing each other. Meet the HUG BEARs, remarkable sculptures created from recycled plastic materials, representing Samsung's commitment to a sustainable future through eco-friendly innovation.
Spanning across approximately 2,000 square meters from the basement to the fifth floor, Samsung Gangnam offers ample space for exploration. The basement floor hosts the service center, providing convenient assistance for Samsung mobile device users in the Gangnam area. While an elevator is available, we recommend taking the stairs for a delightful experience, as the spiral staircase offers a captivating view of the surroundings as you ascend.
On the second floor, a treasure trove awaits with the latest Galaxy smartphones, tablets, wearables, IT products, and more. This floor offers a significant presence of staff members, ready to provide friendly guidance for exploring and testing the showcased products or answering any inquiries.
The Heritage Zone offers a blast from the past with a collection of mobile phones ranging from the original smartphone, the AnyCall SCH-M100 model released in 1999, to the Real 3D Vibration Game Phone released in April 2005. With more than 10 products on display, it's fascinating to see the forgotten innovations of earlier smartphones. Take, for instance, the dual-color folder phone that kick-started the color phone era with its 256-color external LCD, and the widely popular "Intenna phone" that gained immense popularity by embedding antenna inside the phone.

On the second floor, you'll find an accessory area that spans an entire wall, showcasing beloved characters such as Pokémon and Minions. The colors chosen for Samsung Gangnam, including "Arctic Ice Blue" inspired by the sky over downtown Gangnam, "Electric Blue" as an homage to Samsung's innovation and technology, and "Glam Peach" symbolizing learning and communication, all blend seamlessly with the abundant natural sunlight that streams through the large windows. At Samsung Gangnam, visitors can also enjoy Center Coffee, a famous coffee shop known for its exceptional coffees in Seongsu-dong. One of its signature drink, the Galaxy Einspanner, offers a delightful surprise. When you order this special drink, the baristas will create intricate art on the milk foam. But here's the exciting part: you can provide the baristas with a picture of your choice using a Galaxy smartphone, or simply show them a picture you already have. They will recreate that image on the coffee milk foam.
