SEOUL, June 2, 2026 – Samsung Display announced today a collaboration with NVIDIA to showcase a premium gaming experience powered by the latest GPU technology and Samsung OLED and QD-OLED displays. Samsung Display is operating a visual experience zone with NVIDIA powered PCs at COMPUTEX 2026, Asia’s largest IT exhibition, which opened today at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.
The experience zone features ASUS’ latest laptop, the ROG Zephyrus G16, and MSI’s latest monitor, the MPG 322UR QD-OLED X24, allowing visitors to experience vivid game graphics created by leading GPU and display technologies. Both products feature Samsung Display panels and gameplay powered by GeForce RTX 5080 and GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPUs. Visitors can compare the same game on OLED and LCD displays to see firsthand which display most faithfully reproduces the performance of the GeForce RTX 50 Series.
The game featured in the experience is Capcom’s PRAGMATA™, a sci-fi action-adventure game set on a lunar base, known for realistic graphics such as light reflecting off metallic surfaces and the deep darkness of outer space. Each of the GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs brings PRAGMATA’s visuals to life through path tracing, which precisely calculates the movement of light in scenes, and NVIDIA DLSS 4.5, an AI-based performance and image enhancement technology.
Samsung OLED and QD-OLED help fully express these high-performance graphics as intended by creators, further enhancing user immersion. As self-emissive displays that generate light without a separate light source, OLED and QD-OLED deliver clear picture quality even in dark scenes through a high contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 and perfect black expression. OLED laptops and QD-OLED monitors offer faster response times than LCD displays, which require time for liquid crystal movement, allowing them to clearly render hundreds of frames per second with reduced motion blur and reproduce the graphics generated by the latest GPUs with clarity.
“In PRAGMATA, players can see clear images with reduced motion blur even as the main characters move quickly through the lunar base or during fast-paced scene transitions,” a Samsung Display official said. He added “Samsung OLED and QD-OLED not only clearly express the deep darkness of outer space and structures hidden in shadows, but also realistically render subtle color differences such as red warning lights on the lunar base, the deep blue tones of outer space and the silver sheen of metallic walls, delivering the game world more vividly.”
“As real-time light reflection, shadow rendering and HDR effects become more sophisticated in the latest GPU-powered environments, differences in display performance become even more apparent,” said Youngseok Kim, Vice President and Head of Samsung Display IT Sales. He added “Samsung OLED and QD-OLED are displays that best translate advanced GPU performance into the viewing experience, and we will continue expanding collaboration with leading technology companies to further demonstrate their value in the premium IT market.”
